Weekly Shabbat Services

Friday evening services are held weekly at 8 pm, preceded by Torah study, an adult shiur (lesson), or a pot luck Shabbat dinner. Check the Temple calendar below or call the office for information.

Saturday morning services are usually held at 11 am, and they include the Religious School students and families. There are adult programs preceding services on Saturdays (Torah study, parent workshop and/or Sisterhood brunch events) beginning at 9:45 am, which is simu. Please check the calendar or call the office to confirm the schedule for any given week.

In 2017, the last day of Religious School/regular Saturday services is June 10. On June 17, Rabbi Hoover will lead Saturday morning services at PTBAS (no service at TBE). On June 24, there will be a Shabbat morning service at TBE for a bat mitzvah.

Please see our calendar below for up-to-date schedules, or call the Temple office.

Shalom Shabbat & Tot Shabbat Friday mornings from 10-10:45 am in the Sanctuary -- Introduce your little ones to the joy of Shabbat! Join Rabbi Heidi Hoover in celebrating the coming of Shabbat by singing your way through the Friday evening service, followed by the Shabbat blessings (with challah and juice!). A Saturday morning Tot Shabbat program will also be held once a month on Saturday mornings.

No Jewish or Hebrew knowledge is necessary. Shalom Shabbat/Tot Shabbat is for infants/preschool children and their caregivers. Babysitters are welcome.
