Studies in Judaism and Pluralism, to be published this month by Ben Yehuda Press in commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the Academy for Jewish Religion, includes an essay by Rabbi Hoover discussing the diversity of today's Jewish community. The volume is edited by Leonard Levin; other contributors include David Greenstein, Ora Horn Prouser, Rebecca Sirbu, Kolot Chayenu's Ellen Lippman, and former Jacqueline Smith Rabbinic Intern Trisha Arlin.

A copy of the book is available to peruse in the Temple library (located in the community room on the first floor), or you can order it direct from the publisher or from Amazon.

Remember, if you go to, you can support Temple while you order online!
