Youth Group (FudJY)

Flatbush United Jewish Youth (FudJY) is a group for young adults from 13 to 18 (8th - 12th grade) based at the Temple. Founded in 1992, this has been a group that has captured  the attention of all of their peers within NFTY-NYC (Reform movement Youth Organization).

Within FUdJY, youth members learn the skills of program writing, group leadership and organization. Some typical activities include: trips to soup kitchens, discussions and programs that compare our secular values with our religious values, in modern and biblical times; regional events that range from sleep overs in temples all over New York City known as "shul-ins", to regional weekends of learning at a UAHC camp or at the RAC's Washington, DC trip.
All activities are supervised by adults. FudJY members have been accepted to many of the country's top colleges and universities.

The advisor of FudJY for Sept. 2018 to June 2019 is Kylynn Perdue-Bronson.
